Two women were kicked off a British Airways plane earlier this week after a fight broke out over a “Make America Great Again” hat.
The fight took place at London’s Heathrow Airport on Monday afternoon as passengers were preparing to depart On a flight to Austin, TexasLondon Standard reports.
The two unidentified women — one in her 40s and the other in her 60s — exchanged blows after one woman asked the other to take off her red baseball cap that was emblazoned with Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s MAGA logo.
When the two women boarded the plane, the quarrel continued in the premium economy cabin, and they exchanged more blows.

That’s when the plane’s captain called for help and the two women were removed from the plane.

A London Metropolitan Police spokesman confirmed the incident to the media.
“Shortly after 12.45pm on Monday 28 October, police at Heathrow Airport were informed of a… Incident involving two women “Waiting to board the flight at Terminal 5,” the representative told The Standard.
“A woman in her 40s and a woman in her 60s have made counter allegations of fighting. Investigations are ongoing.”
British Airways said in a statement: “We have apologized to our customers for the delay and are getting them on the road as quickly as possible.”
Flight BA191 was scheduled to leave the airport at 12:10 p.m., and The Guardian reported that it finally took off at 2:11 p.m., without the two women on board.
