Firefighters in California are battling wind-swept blazes as fast-moving flames destroy homes and critical infrastructure.

As of Thursday morning, wildfires continued to ravage Los Angeles County, with the latest blazes hitting the prestigious Hollywood Hills area — home to many celebrities — on Wednesday evening.
