The former members of One Direction were among the mourners at the funeral of bandmate Liam Payne on Wednesday, just over a month after his death at the age of 31.
Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson joined Payne’s family and friends at a special church service in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, northwest of London.
The father of one was found dead after falling from the balcony of his hotel in Buenos Aires in mid-October this year, sparking a wave of grief among fans around the world.

The singer’s coffin arrived at the church in a white carriage drawn by two white horses and decorated with flowers spelling out the words “Son” and “Father.”

Payne and his former band mates shot to international fame in the 2000s after Simon Cowell brought them together on the Britain show. Factor X Talent show. The group went on to become one of the best-selling boy bands of all time.
