The Israeli army said in a statement that “a number of suspects were identified who arrived in vehicles to a number of areas in southern Lebanon, in violation of the terms of the ceasefire.” She said that the forces “opened fire towards them” and would “actively work to enforce violations of the ceasefire agreement.”
