A Pakistani citizen of Ontario in the United States on charges of terrorism has allegedly targeting Jewish institutions in New York City.
During a short hearing in the Supreme Court today in Montreal, Muhammad Shahbi Khan, 20, agreed to send him to the United States to trial.

Khan has been imprisoned since he was arrested on September 4 in Ormanstown, at the request of the American authorities.
American officials have accused Khan of trying to provide support and material resources to a terrorist organization.

The authorities claim that, before his arrest, Khan was on his way to carrying out a mass shooting at a Jewish center in Brooklyn on around 7 October to celebrate the first anniversary of Hamas’s attack on Israel.
The Ontario Division at the RCMP, which has achieved Khan, said that the accused would be delivered in the coming weeks.
