The authorities said that a knife attack on Saturday in eastern France had left at least one person and two other wounds, in violence by Islamic President Emmanuel Macron.
Prosecutors said that the 37 -year -old Algerian man was arrested. The attack took place in the French city of Mallhaus, near the market of a covered channel. The region is the borders of Germany and Switzerland.
